One source of truth,
for every agency's data.
About NNIPA
Government data doesn't need another script.
NNIPA started with a simple observation: agencies don't have a data problem, they have a translation problem. Fifty states, dozens of backends, no shared vocabulary — and analysts left to reconcile it all by hand.
We build the engine that does that translation automatically, so agencies inherit clean, governed data instead of another script to maintain.
What we believe
Principles that shape how we build
Built for messy government data
Fifty states, a dozen backends, no shared schema — we designed for that reality from day one, not as an edge case bolted on later.
Governance by default
PII masking, audit trails, and metadata aren't opt-in features. Every job carries them, whether anyone asks or not.
Human-in-the-loop AI
AI drives the pipeline, but low-confidence decisions go to a person — and every override feeds back into the model.
Cloud-agnostic, compliance-ready
Cloud, on-prem, or FedRAMP-aligned — agencies shouldn't have to change infrastructure to get clean data.
Where we've been
From first pilot to multi-agency platform
NNIPA founded
Started building an ETL engine specifically for the shape of federal and state agency data.
First state UI data pilot
Piloted schema detection and field mapping across state unemployment insurance systems.
OCR & NLP ingestion added
Extended the pipeline to scanned PDFs and narrative text, for agencies still working on paper.
Multi-agency rollout
Expanded from single-agency pilots to concurrent deployments across multiple federal and state customers.
