Preferences are personal — they cover how NNIPA looks and talks to you, not how your organization is configured. Everything on this page only affects your own account.
What lives here
Profile
Your name, avatar, and the email address notifications and login are tied to.
Notifications
Choose which events email you — analysis completions, workflow failures, shared dashboard invitations, and more — independent of what your teammates receive.
Appearance
Light, dark, or match your system setting. Purely a display preference — it has no effect on anyone else in your organization.
Security
Enroll in multi-factor authentication and manage active sessions. See Authentication for the full model.
Good to know
- Changing your organization's name, plan, or member list happens under Administration, not here — that requires an owner or admin role.
- Turning off a notification here only silences it for you; it doesn't change whether the underlying event happens.
- If your organization requires MFA for all members, you won't be able to turn it off here — that requirement is set at the organization level.
